Video Game Release Dates Suck!
I’ve never seen anyone complain about this, but than again I don’t read every single article on the internet. Or maybe I’m just crazy.
Why do they release new games at the beginning of the week and not towards the end? When I’m excited about a new game that’s shipping I get really bummed that I have to wait all week to have some quality time with it. Usually that equals to a slow week just waiting for Friday to roll around.
I’m sure there are some industry regulations that create this situation, but in either case, wouldn’t it be better if ship dates fell on Thursday’s and Friday’s?
